Support is the number one feature of hosting. There will be questions as you setup your shared WordPress hosting website. There are many helpful tips and posts on the internet, but a direct line to address your questions is always a blessing. Hostinger Backups
Hostinger’s support is available 24 hours a day in more than 20 languages. You can give them a phone call or send them messages:
We sent Hostinger a general inquiry to see how they would respond. The response was received in just over four minutes. This is good, but not exceptional.
Overall, the support representative we spoke to was friendly and helpful. The chat gave us useful and concrete information. We also received screenshots for clarification. For any of your general inquiries, Hostinger is easy to contact, and its response times are reasonable. Hostinger Backups
What the servers do is the best sign of a good web host. Hostinger understands that a fast website will make your visitors happy and keep your bounce rate low. Hostinger provides these performance-specific features: Hostinger Backups
- Solid State Drive (SSD) hardware

- Hostinger gives public information on its servers’ performance unlike other providers. This includes data on uptime for the past 24 hours as well as the week and month.
Server uptime is the time that a server remains online and functional. As even.1% downtime is 45 minutes per month, it’s best to have as close as possible to 100%. Hostinger can have some downtime, as shown in the picture above. This is a trade-off for hostinger’s low prices.
In this case – with the numbers being as low as 99.3% at times – you can experience even 10 minutes of downtime per day. No good. Hostinger Backups

Industry-Standard Pricing Techniques, Still Affordable
Many web hosting companies make a big deal about their prices. Hostinger is one of these companies, but they are less transparent about their prices than others.
Hostinger will require you to commit for 48 months if you wish to avail the $1.39/month Single Shared Hosting deal. After these 4 years, the renewal price will go up to $1.99/month.
It’s a great deal if you are willing to stay with the same web host for at least four years. You can save quite a lot of money than with most other hosts.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does Hostinger hPanel appear?
While the most popular control panels remain cPanel and Plesk, Hostinger decided to go with a custom option. It’s called hPanel. And it’s very easy to navigate. Hostinger Backups
I can definitely see some influence from predecessors of this one. If you’ve used cPanel before, this will be both an upgrade, and you won’t be lost. You don’t have to worry about being a first-timer. Every tool is explained.
Hostinger is committed its control panel. This is what I’ve seen. Hostinger continually updates hPanel to make the experience more intuitive and user-friendly. If it changes a little while you’re using it don’t worry.
hPanel’s primary tasks are to reach file manager and check databases. You can also add domains and email addresses. Every tool has its place in a well-organized category. Auto-installers, for WordPress, Joomla, or other content management systems, can be found under the Website category. You also have options to migrate or import a site.
hPanel’s only problem is its slow speed. It can be annoyingly slow.
The next day you will be able to click through the entire thing with ease as everything is loading at light speed. The next day, it will take 10s of seconds for each tool to load. I’ve never had any issues with it, except for occasional irritations.
Overall, hPanel provides a useful tool for managing your website. It provides all functionality, and the speed is amazing. Hostinger Backups
